Patient Services
We consider ourselves an integral link in the chain of healthcare, and we look forward to working with physicians, nurses and health educators and providers towards the common goal of optimal health for our patients.
Our Promise
Care That Follows Every Prescription
From your first fill to your next refill, a Patient Care Coordinator is with you at every step.
Transfer Your Prescription, Easily!
Give your Doctor this E-Scribe Number:
E-SCRIBE #: 5704033
FAX: (727) 896-0002
As soon as your prescription arrives, your Patient Care Coordinator calls to schedule delivery and walk you through what to expect. Every order ships free, directly to your home or your doctor's office [flagged: confirm still offered at no cost], and your first shipment includes a welcome kit covering our services and your rights as a patient.
Every new prescription is reviewed against your full regimen before it ships. From there, your Care Coordinator is on call for the questions that come with any new medication: how to self-inject, what side effects to expect, how to stay on schedule, and can connect you to community resources and support groups for your specific condition.
Medications arrive in easy-to-use, pre-sorted packaging designed to keep complex regimens simple. Your Care Coordinator tracks your refill timing and reaches out ahead of time to confirm your shipping details, so a refill is never a scramble.
Before treatment even starts, your Care Coordinator contacts your insurer to confirm what you'll owe out of pocket, then handles prior authorizations and coverage questions on your behalf so you're not stuck on hold. If cost becomes a barrier at any point, they can connect you with manufacturer or third-party assistance programs.
